After months of rumours it was announced yesterday that TED will host its most ambitious event to date – a global event focused on climate in 2020. I’m super proud to be joining the movement and building upon the success of THINK Climate, I will be hosting an event and giving keynotes in the run up to the event.

In the lead up to TED’s global gathering which is shortly before COP26 (the UN global climate event hosted in Glasgow), a cross-section of leaders from across the globe – city mayors, policy-makers, business leaders, community leaders, scientists, philanthropists, youth activists, and key influencers – will convene in Bergen, Norway during the week of October 6-9, 2020, to put the finishing touches on a year of careful preparation by contributors from around the world. There’ll be talks, collaboration and action, all leading up to the global gathering on 10.10.2020.
